Southeast Health (SE Health) is a premier healthcare system providing services at more than 50 locations in 12 communities around Southeast Missouri. Their facilities include hospitals, primary care clinics and specialty care clinics. Southeast Hospital, located in Cape Girardeau, is their largest facility and has been in operation since 1928. Their mission is to provide continuous improvement in their regions health status in a collaborative and cost-effective manner. The company has been an INFOR ERP client for the past five years.
When Erik Schnurbusch, Business Analyst for the SE Health Team, began researching for an Infor partner, he wanted someone proficient with the software. Having worked with multiple Infor partners, he knew he would have success with Bails and Associates. Erik stated, “We were looking for a well-known and experienced partner to do the upgrade. SE Health made the decision to upgrade from v9 to v10 on the Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) suite of products to take advantage of new functionality. They had difficulties during the original installation of their MSCM system with another vendor. They had good prior experience with Bails. Even with a tight timeline and budgetary constraints, they were confident they could meet their goals.

During their recent upgrade, the Southeast group learned new ways to utilize their Infor software. Erik Schnurbusch commented, “Bails provided technical knowledge about features of the product that we didn’t know existed. They also helped us by applying some CTP’s. These fixed a lot of issues related to MSCM and to the Lawson System Foundation (LSF) application. Ever since those CTP’s were applied, the MSCM application seems to be running a lot more efficiently.”
When asked for suggestions for improving their Bails experience, Erik responded, “There is nothing that comes to mind, Bails did an excellent job in helping us and we would absolutely utilize them for future projects.”
