Knowledge of Infor/Lawson Technical skills or suite of applications.
Preferred Configuration Console, Infor Process Automation (IPA), Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Management, Compensation Management
Preferred Healthcare, HRIS Analyst, Data mapping and Data conversion
Experience working with Infor products and clients.
Work with our clients to implement, upgrade and provide ongoing support within the HCM Applications
Create and refine client-specific reports and documentation
Perform tests and validation
Train end users
Deliver user-enablement sessions
Assist with data management and Project Management Tasks
Communication and Customer Service
Expertise in Microsoft Office Products Word & Excel
Most extensive and experienced pool of Infor consulting resources in the country
