This month we are happy to acknowledge the outstanding performance of three Bails team members. These associates have been nominated by clients or their peers for demonstrating their willingness to go above and beyond.
Niki was nominated by Janine Varney, Client Account Manager, for her willingness to step up and represent Bails and Associates at the Georgia/Alabama Lawson User Group (GALUG) event in her home state. Janine commended Niki for her “ability to maintain a positive attitude in a stressful situation and for stepping out of her comfort zone”. Niki managed to set up, participate, and break down the Bails marketing booth solo. Janine adds, “We appreciate our consultants willingness to support our sales efforts because our clients really enjoy seeing them and catching up at these user group events”. Niki, thank you for your continued support and grace under pressure - well done!
Brian also expressed his gratitude for having the North Star Mentor program in place as it allowed him to obtain guidance from his peers and gave him an opportunity to grow in his area of expertise. At Bails and Associates, we are proud to offer associates continued training and support in a multitude of areas. Situations like this demonstrate the willingness of our team members to assist each other in a variety of circumstances and are a testament to our belief in our internal training and mentorship programs. Congratulations Carey and thank you Brian for the “shout out” to one of your peers!
Technical consultant Keith Haggard also received a Bails Shooting Star Award for going above and beyond for our client Hendrick Health Systems. Keith was nominated by Vice President of Project Management and fellow Hendrick teammate, Larry Glasson. Larry was impressed with Keiths technical performance, communication efforts and issue resolution during a recent v10 upgrade. Larry noted, “Keith was always calm with the client, never showed or reflected any concern when the client would get nervous, or excited about an issue, thus keeping our client calm and assured the issue would get resolved.” He also went above and beyond trying to figure out the MSCM Data issue with Bails CIO George Graham. The Hendrick Technical Team also shared their respect and appreciation for Keith. During a particularly stressful event post go-live, Hendrick lost their connectivity with the Lawson database. Keith investigated the Microsoft "Hot Patch" fix for their network servers and resolved the problem within minutes.
Larry Glasson summed up his appreciation for Keith adding, “I can't say enough about working with Keith. He is always there for our clients and I appreciate working with him every day.” Thank you for being such a great part of the Bails team, Keith.
