Bails’ Managed Services Program is an assistance program that guides clients through their Infor challenges. Bails Managed Services supports CloudSuite Human Capital Management (HCM), CloudSuite Finance Supply Management (CSF), Security, Infor Process Automation, Legacy Infor S3, configuration console, cloud technology (ION, BODs), and Application database administration for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Your production environment is our priority.  Our dedicated team, Incident, and Problem Management Processes and commitment ensure timely response and resolution.  Our Managed Services Team provides regular reporting of metrics in a regular feedback cycle to ensure that clients are kept apprised on the status of their system(s).

  • Bails operational team utilizes award-winning collaboration and tracking tools to track incidents, the resolution notes, issue patterns, and build operational awareness that is shared among the client’s designated support team
  • Performance/resolution metrics are delivered on a regular basis for reporting
  • Issues can be escalated to Bails Customer Success Manager who will monitor the queue to ensure all Service Level Agreement commitments are met
